This website/service has probably saved me from being sanctioned by the board of licensure more than any single thing. I have been able to stay sober now for more than 7 years, yet my biggest obstacle was always maintaining a perfect call-in record...since I have been with Safety Net Online I haven't missed a single call-in. I highly recommend your service. The nominal fee is a bargain for the peace of mind I receive. As a healthcare professional, I often find my morning disrupted by unpredictable occurrences. I have never failed to receive both a morning call and an email by 7:00am from your service. Both the emotional and financial costs of missing even a single call are simply not worth the risk to me. In the great state of Texas, a missed call-in means a suspended license. I can't count on my schedule being under control or how much sleep I can get on trauma call, but I can always count on hearing from you guys when its my day to test.

so very much for your service. I have found KPHF extremely easy to work with
and their rules very easy to abide by. When I first started calling in for some
reason I found in nearly impossible to get those phone calls made. It seems
like such a ridiculous thing to potentially lose one's ability to practice
medicine over especially considering all we have done to get here. Despite my
best efforts and deep fear of the repercussions of missing call-ins, I still
would forget to call. Without your service I fear that I may have been found
noncompliant with their program and potentially strongly sanctioned (if not
worse) for simply forgetting to call in daily.
I want to let you know that if I encounter anyone who I am aware of their
involvement with KPHF, I will give your service my highest endorsement. I would
recommend your service to any one and everyone involved in any call in program.
Even if they remember to call in usually, the consequences of missing a call are
devastating.
The cost is negligible in comparison to the consequences of not making those
phone calls. I initially did not subscribe because I thought I couldn't afford
it. The first month I forgot twice, was fortunate enough to have my fees waved
but gave additional urine samples each time with fees of 23$ to show up and 59$
for the testing. It would have been 300$ more if they had fined me, and I would
have been one strike away from being reported to the board.
The few times I did run into problems covering my bills to you and needed a few
days to ensure the funds would be available your company went far out of your
way to continue to call in for me and work with me to ensure I would be
covered. This kindness was entirely unexpected, is rare in business these days,
and reflects your company's true commitment to assisting your clients.
Your company also was diligent in its notification to me each time I was
selected for testing. I never had to fear missing hearing from you due to your
multiple notifications and your requests for confirmation from me of receipt of
those notifications.
The urine drug screening is considered essential to KPHF regardless of the
reason one is with them. I have actually not been involved with them for
anything related to substance abuse, but as is policy for all of their
participants to go through the first lab process. It was devastating thinking
of my license and my career being in jeopardy for missing
drug testing when I had not even been involved
in substance use.
Your service gave me peace of mind and potentially saved my career. For that I
will always thank you most sincerely.
Please keep in mind the tremendous service you provide to us physicians who for
whatever reason can make it through medical school and practice medicine, yet
cannot remember to make a phone call every day. We, and all of our patients,
are in debt to you for making those phone calls for us.
